The marketing atmosphere in Hawaii recently changed dramatically with media conglomerate, McNeil Wilson – Laird Christianson announced that they would be purchasing long-time Honolulu marketing agency, Starr Seigle Communications for an undisclosed sum. Perhaps one of the most recent shake ups in the advertising world since the unfortunate closure of Adworks in the past few years, this new company has the potential to merge the best of these two companies.
Out of the proverbial ashes of the “demise” of Starr Seigle Communications, four new companies will arise: Laird Christianson Advertising, McNeil-Wilson Public Relations, QMark Research & Polling, and StarrTech Interactive. Fortunately, no client conflicts and layoffs are expected.
