MindStudio, the enterprise-centric AI app development platform, has launched a new product called MindStudio for Enterprise, designed for companies that want more control over their infrastructure. This offering allows developers to take all the features available through the hosted SaaS platform and deploy them directly on the company’s on-premise or private cloud servers. In doing so, companies can be reassured that their AI app development can continue uninterrupted while adhering to their business’s IT security and privacy policies.

Since its launch in 2023, MindStudio says over 80,000 AI apps have been built on its platform, spanning enterprises, government agencies and small- to medium-sized businesses. It aims to be the AI application layer where developers can easily create apps with little coding knowledge and an intuitive user interface, similar to Microsoft Windows.
Akin to Zapier, MindStudio enables developers to choose from many popular models, including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta. And though on-premise and proprietary models have long been supported, the release of MindStudio for Enterprise ensures that data used to create these AI apps will be protected within a walled garden and not shared with external models not authorized by the business.
Being self-hosted affords companies the freedom to build apps how they want. They can also comfort themselves by knowing that only the data from their internal systems will be used in training, eliminating the risk of hallucinations and data leakage and offering the peace of mind IT teams want.
